Ran into another situation where my Garmin was not registering my proper heart rate while I was #swimming . Had to reboot it. I added 200 yards onto my 30 minutes because that’s how far I was when my Garmin wasn’t working properly. 😉
No swimming today. Little kids who want to use the outdoor pool this summer needed to take their swim tests today to get their badges. Went for a short walk instead.
Was aiming to get my first 100 yards in less than a minute and I did that, yay! Time to pick up some dinner and head home.
Crunchyroll finally has the Haikyu English dub… it’s only been about six years 😓
It’s OK to throw away the rest if you can’t eat it.
Growing up poor, this was a massive sin. You finished your food because you didn’t know if you were gonna get this the next day.
Eating like that as a child teaches your brain to eat when you really don’t want to – and it sucks.
It’s a hard habit to break, but you eventually do it.
