Now I am getting serious ... Under the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 USC 552a - don't miss that final 'a') each of us has the right to demand every agency of the Federal government to tell us what information they have about us.
These *ARE NOT* FOIA requests, although agencies try to evade the more strict PRIVACY ACT obligations [and direct penalties on people in the agency] by pretending that these are FOIA requests.
Each of us can send a request - there's no special format (although it would be good for someone to brew up some text) - it can be handwritten and sent US mail.
Each agency is require to publish a list of its "system of records" (SORN) and contact information in the Federal Register.
Here for example are the SORNs at the US Treasury Dept: There are a lot of 'em, and that's just one department.
A campaign by citizens to demand, not ask, demand and require, that every agency respond to Privacy Act requests - millions of requests - could really slow down FFOTUS/Musk.
