@DosFox I have an Arty S7-25. It's a pretty standard Xilinx board. Though open source toolchain support still isn't there for XC7.

@mrsbeanbag it really was 42! And it didn’t take seven and a half million years of serious cogitation.

It was the first time I ran the guessing game on the dev board too. Alas, I didn’t photograph the correct answer in time.

@lofty and I’m only running it at 20 MHz. 😄
But tiny is a matter of perspective: https://github.com/olofk/serv

I look forward to seeing your design when you’re ready to share it.

@tomdar2 @m3tti the original Mini vMac website certificate has expired and hasn’t received an update in a few years. I found (but have yet to test) this fork: https://github.com/minivmac/minivmac

@tomdar2 does it support MultiFinder or do you need to use Switcher?

You can find the source code on GitHub (I'm considering moving to Codeberg): https://github.com/projf/isle

Includes everything you need for:
* @machdyne Lakritz (Lattice ECP5)
* Digilent Nexys Video (Xilinx XC7)
* Radiona #ULX3S (Lattice ECP5)
* Verilator simulator with SDL (Linux/macOS/Windows)

Sometimes you need to ship it and call it a night, so I give you 🏝️ Isle.Computer Chapter 6 - Input Output: https://projectf.io/isle/input-output.html

Adds input hardware, uart, Isle edition of FemtoRV "Gracilis" RV32IMC CPU, software library in #riscv asm, Verilator/SDL sim improvements... #FPGA

TFW you realise something obvious. "Somebody to Love" is Queen doing gospel. And what a song it is when turned up to 11.

# each morning I get up, I die a little...

@yrabbit so GW5A is more branding exercise than an architecture.
@yrabbit thanks. Now you mention it, I remember learning the 138k wasn't just a bigger 25K, which is a shame. 😔
