I keep having this problem where I'm fairly witty in person, overall a nice person but with a slight edge, and it's sort of accidentally attracts absolute psychopaths into my life. Because they say some really unhinged stuff really quickly and I retort pretty quickly. But when I start to think about what they actually are saying it's pretty fucked. Like bro we just work at a hardware store why are you telling me this really personal thing offhandedly as a joke? Jesus Christ
