An insufferable Karen recently moved from the States is wanting to single-handedly change the usage of our historically off-leash Pacific Spirit Park, to restrict our pups' amenities. I don't have enough characters on this platform for all the rambling against this I could do, so I'll just invite all of you to read through the petition and ADD YOUR VOICE to get this ridiculous request forever ignored.
