@TechConnectify Have you seen that #Midea and #Gradient are coming out with real honest to god window #heatpumps and not just #WindowAC units with resistive heat elements?

I am an OTR truck driver, somewhat of a gamer, tech fan, proud husband to a beautiful wife and father to 2 fantastic kids. If you follow me expect a lot of posts about my travels, complaints about other drivers ( truck and car ) and just talk of the trucking industry as a whole.
So the #kingdomhearts games are finally coming to #steam. Only one that isn’t releasing on there is #MELODYOFMEMORY which is still being held exsclusive to the #epicgamesstore but I’m sure it will come to Steam since all the rest are. I will gladly pick them up once they are available. I’ve been waiting 5 years to play #kingdomhearts3 since Epic doesn’t support #linux and I didn’t want to buy a #ps5 just for one game.
Day 2 of owning and using a #mac for the first time in my life. Since its a #m1macbookair its time to start exploring the use of #ipad and #iOS apps.
@WindOfChange @levi The thing that immediately caught my attention was that the overall desktop layout and the app drawer look awfully dang familiar to Gnome. And if you install any programs from outside the app store its almost identical to how app images work.
@levi I've been using linux as my only OS since around 2005. I used Windows 10 for about a week when it first came out just to check it out. But I've never used Mac OS for more than like 30 mins at a time only a handful of times. My wife has a Mac mini but I've basically never touched it beyond watching YouTube. So actually daily driving a Mac and learning how to use it properly is gonna be an experience.
Well this morning I bought something I thought I never would. After paying a couple #bills I decided to buy myself a #macbookair. I"ve never used a #mac for any amount of time and I've definately never owned one for myself. So this is going to be an interesting experience. Worst case scenario if I decide I hate #macos I can just put #linux. But I'm gonna give macos and real chance so its time to learn.
For anybody that uses #towercollector #mozilla won't be accepting uploads from it anymore. The option is still in the app but I assume they'll remove it in the next update.
Got to the receiver and while I was unhooking from the #trailer I noticed that sometime since I took off this morning the bolts holding my backup beeper had fell out and it was hanging by the #wires. So until I get back to the shop its now held on by #zipties. Ain't nothing says its gotta be #pretty it just has to be #atatched.
Been watching the #fallouttvshow and all I can say is holy crap its awesome!
I love the sound of heavy #rain on a metal roof.
