@the_q thanks man. Today was painful again. Got some voltaren gel to see if that will help.
It's been a rough couple of months for my 40-year-old body. Got an ulcer/gastritis, then my back went out. Now my right knee, right above the kneecap, hurts so badly I can't walk. Guess I need an MRI.
Anyway, I hope y'all are doing well at least.
