This is one of the coolest area if not the coolest in Makurdi, it's weather is usually moderate, it is great for pedestrians who find walking as a means of transportation. It is located adjacent to Kashim Ibrahim road, Benue state's Capital. When there is a priority for urban development in any area of the State, we could foresee and act quickly from the State planning approach.

Savannah roundabout is a historic landmark for the residents and visitors in Makurdi, it provides connectivity to different areas in Makurdi town which in turn helps create a socially, vibrant and economic town located at the heart of the town. This is an appealing visual representation of the locational map, which enables people find place and activities.

Do cities really embrace the downtown feeder airport development, or maybe they rather do embrace high density housing, but NEPA in this case doesn't embrace such housing density in the city foci.

I care alot for cities because, it's necessary for people and place to live side by side, it's not just a thought but a reality that cities existed, it exists and it's our duty to further lessen the impact we have created before we realised what a place really meant.
