Monday #Workout:
10 minutes of yoga.
20 minutes of strength training.
14.1 KM of #Cycling (19°C, 74% humidity, and 3 KM/H wind).

Good workouts, good cycle into site including an errand to pick up memes. Pretty good day of #FestivalLife, biked home, got regular work done too. Whew. Nearly bedtime already!

Sunday #Workout:
10 minutes of yoga.
5 minutes of strength training (tea-steeping movement snack).
21.6 KM of #Cycling with @TAV (light rain shower, 16°C, 93% humidity, and 14 KM/H wind).

Morning of reading & tea, a lovely bike ride with TAV, brunch, a side trip to Canadian Tire, some groceries, and back home. Someone swung by to pick up some of my decommissioned drives.

Now, to finish selecting memes for the trailer. 🤣

Saturday #Workout:
10 minutes of yoga.
5 minutes of strength training (movement snack while tea steeping).
43.9 KM of #Cycling (16°C, 85% humidity, and 21 KM/H wind).

Morning of reading, tea, some yoga, and then headed out for a longer ride around Ottawa. Ran into @jessrawk and got some quality dog pets in too.

Somewhat recently, a bunch of folks were talking about this book and if you thought I hated Facebook before reading it, now I *really* hate Facebook, and I’m not even finished reading it yet.

Friday #Workout:
10 minutes of yoga.
20 minutes of strength training.
11 KM of #Cycling (17°C, 80% humidity, and 23 KM/H wind, gusts 37 KM/H).

I may have over-twisted in yoga, and Kim's weighted squats are being felt right now. Good rides, but *windy*. #FestivalLife continues, and the main stage was going up today. Weekend off, and then things start to get crazy-busy.

Thursday #Workout:
30 minutes of yoga.
21 KM of #Cycling (22°C, humidex 26, 70% humidity, and 28 KM/H wind).

Yoga was hard. Got rightly soaked on the first two rides, and dried out on the third. Windy out there.

Wednesday #Workout:
11 minutes of yoga.
20 minutes of strength training.
11.3 KM of #Cycling (22°C, 25 humidex, 52% humidity, and 16 KM/H wind, gusts 30 KM/H).

Good workouts, good rides. #FestivalLife continues, and one of the crew "helpfully" tested a camera I was deploying from the top of a scissor life to a tower, and the result made me chuckle. I do get to do fun, different things.

Tuesday #Workout:
30 minutes of yoga.
9.9 KM of #Cycling (13°C, 95% humidity, and 13 KM/H wind).

Yoga was *tough*. Ride in to site was good, lots done, skies opened up on us #FestivalLife.

Cyclist crashed on the Alexandra bridge (wood gets slippery when wet). We covered the them while we waited for the Gatineau paramedics to arrive (25 mins!!) while standing in the rain, hail, and lightning on an old steel bridge and making jokes. Locked the bike up and got them the keys. Hope they'll be okay.

Monday #Workout:
10 minutes of yoga.
20 minutes of strength training.
10.1 KM of #Cycling (13°C, 95% humidity, and 13 KM/H wind).

Good workouts, good, if short rides. #FestivalLife has taken over …

Sunday #Workout:
10 minutes of yoga.
7.5 KM of #Walking (18°C, 93% humidity, and 13 KM/H wind).

Morning of reading, hot chocolate, a walk to brunch with @TAV, followed by some errands, made some soup, and then watched the last of the five Indiana Jones movies (two weekends worth).
