🚨 Big news out of Nevada: A federal judge ruled that "tower dumps" - the law enforcement practice of collecting massive amounts of cell phone data - is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

Judge Rules Blanket Search of Cell Tower Data Unconstitutional

Judge says tower dumps violate the 4th amendment, but will let the cops do it this one time, as a treat.

Did you know? Your biometrics aren't protected by the 5th Amendment!

Courts ruled in Carpenter v. United States (2018) and Matter of Search of a White Google Pixel 3 XL Cellphone (2019) that police can legally force you to unlock devices with your fingerprint or face ID.

The key distinction: "something you know" (passcodes) is protected, but "something you are" (biometrics) isn't.

# Windows 11 collects ~1GB monthly of your app usage, file access patterns, voice data (if using voice features), browsing history (Edge), location history, and hardware performance. Most concerning: it logs your text input patterns across ALL applicationsβ€”even in "private" mode. #Windows11Privacy

🚨 Did you know your ISP is likely cashing in on YOUR browsing habits? 😱

Studies estimate ISPs make $100-$200 per household annually selling user data! For most folks, DNS is the last unencrypted trail, spilling everythingβ€”every site you visit, every click. πŸ” Protect yourself! Switch to DNS over HTTPS (DoH) or TLS (DoT) with privacy-first providers like Quad9, NextDNS, or Mullvad.

Not a drill 🚨 Florida is trying to backdoor encryption.

Their new bill asks for "social media platforms to provide a mechanism to decrypt end-to-end encryption when law enforcement obtains a subpoena.”

This is nothing new. Nevada tried it last year. UK is trying it. France. Sweden. The sooner we come together and stand for privacy as a human right, the sooner we can stop blaming a political party. People on both the left & right are proposing these backdoors globally.
