If you willingly use AI I don't think you're cool nor smart.

Facebook claimed it was going to take away messenger[.]com mid April. That has not happened (and I'm happy for that). Was a stupid idea anyway. For the few people that still message me on Facebook, I'd rather not use/see the dumpster that is the main website.
work is done, ready to loaf.

I'm still convinced that people who are bothered by subtitles can't read.

I'm nearly 40 years old. Them shits aren't optional anymore. Not when every show and movie has the worst absolutely dogshit sound mixing.

@LRRRonEarth SHARTS FIRED!!! 😅
I CANNOT GIVE LESS OF A SHIT.
I don't understand the point of iPhone Mirroring (which is meant to remotely get to your phone), if all it does EVERY SINGLE TIME is demand you go find it and authenticate. #apple #stupiddesign #pointless #bad

Will Apple ever be a leader in AI models… probably not.

Does that matter… absolutely not.

AI is a commodity and a feature, not a platform. Apple will get enough AI, and companies that are nothing but AI will fail.

So I feel, Apple failed at something that doesn’t matter much, so nothing bad for Cook there.

I think at this point we all want that "new millennium but before 9/11" vibe back.

New by me - Microsoft Vibing. A very strange fake open source project published by Microsoft employees, which gathers screenshots and voice recordings of users with unique machine identifiers attached. Not sure how this one has happened.

Microsoft Vibing — capturing screenshots and voice samples without governance

A look inside Microsoft Vibing, a fake open source project published by Microsoft that captures audio and screenshots of customers.

Part two: Attempted to use Claude, first prompt hung the entire session. Don't know why/how these companies are still in business.
