Egg nog
10 port
6 egg yolks
2dl sugar
4dl 40% fat cream
4dl almond milk
6cl maple syrup
20 allspice corns
20 cloves
Pinch of salt
4cl pressed ginger
Heat everything but ginger on stove, do not exceed 80°C
Cool in ice bath
Strain and bottle
Add ginger
Serve 10cl with 2cl dark rum
Garnish with expressed orange peel and grated muskot.
