also if by hat you mean 'thing to protect the brain when a certain ox goes flying off the bike into the cement' then I suggest talking to your local bicycle shops about which of the hard types deals well with horns and fur being affixed to it. Because seriously, you should absolutely get an ox helmet. (And Giles should get a goat helmet.)
At first when I was on mine, as it has various "helper" levels, I was thinking "this isn't doing anything, I'm still struggling" and then I turned it off and "OH FSCK"
At which I realized how much it was helping me GET excercise

so yesterday I filled out the 'annual stackoverflow annual developers survey' because I felt like it
and at the end I just plain asked why they didn't just use AI to generate the survey results since obviously that's going to give the same results with less work.
