So this 'ad' for the ad company - "great campaigns of 2024" - is running in the Helsinki area.
The hands point to the name of the company on the outside of the frame (so if it's above, they point up.) It's animated.
However, the one hand is yuuuuuge. Bigly. The biggest.
I suppose some folks might look at this as a compliment but um
