… but I’ve changed it a bit, and added pockets.

The bottom part is made of “waxed” tablecloth, for easy cleaning.

The flowers are #embroidered. The pattern is from etsy (RoyalPresentEmb), but altered a bit.
The density is insane. Stiff as a board. If I am to use it again, I will have to change that.

It’s all about Starfield these days. I hope you will be kind to yourself and just mute me for at while, if it gets on your nerves.

It’ll pass.

On a different note - I’m working on a bday gift for my mom. A home made tote bag for groceries. I’m adding a pocket with some #embroidered lilies.

First machine embroidery ever *confetti*.

Okay, it’s not that impressive, and it needs some tweaking with thread tension and stabilisers and whatnot, but all in all a success - first try even.

I saw a hummingbird moth in the garden today. That’s a first.
Had to google it, because it looked so peculiar compared to my usual guests in the flowerbeds.

WHY?! Why can no one make cards that can be used for #lefthanded people?

We play Uno a lot in our house. 3/4 of our family are left handed. We have one deck (our favourite) that has notations in all four corners.
We lost some of the cards in a car accident, and I’m trying to find a new deck.

ALL of them only have the notations in the left hand corner. I need them in the right hand corner too.

Try sorting your cards the other way. It’s hard, takes practice and is counterintuitive.

I bought a sticky, rusty and sad looking napkin dispenser today, for 12,50 dkk (~2$). #restoration

Now it’s this! (As usual I forgot to snap a “before” picture).

Some tlc, blue spray paint, and a couple of vinyl stickers later.

I drew the svg-file for the #vaulttec #fallout logo myself, and cut it on my #cricut in yellow vinyl.

My daughter suggested some fallout themed, and I thought it was an excellent idea.

I got these for christmas. They are cute, but I didn’t much like how they looked in their black, square pots as displayed on the front if the box.

I think I have found a nice alternative way to display them.

I have fiddled with a small #restauration project the last couple of days.

I bought this wonderful Rolce Royce of a tape dispenser in a #ThriftStore a couple of years ago, for the humble sum of 37dkk (~5$/€).
I love it ♥️ it has chrome and fine details, and it reminds me of a classic car … but it needed to TLC.

I took it all apart, cleaned it up and sanded of the rust, repainted in cream and pastel avocado green, buffed up the chrome.

Isn’t it delightfully too much, just for tape?
