“Purple hair, and a ‘bullring’ say it all.”
My tummy hurts & I’m mad at the government.
I used to be able to fill my tank for $25.
Today, it cost me $50.

Friends,
I need advice.

I have SO much to do at the homestead. I still have to finish filling beds & containers and get everything planted.
I leave to start house sitting tomorrow & won’t be “home” again until June 28th. I am stressed & overwhelmed
I’m supposed to work today….

My gut is telling me to call out, loose that $50 and focus on the homestead.

A part of me is reminding me that we need the money, and calling out is “bad”.

What do?

I’m surprising Kyle by making a from scratch, gluten free, low sugar carrot cake for his birthday. I’ll be making everything from the oat flour to the frosting by hand.

I’m a cook, not a baker. Wish me luck. 😅

Level 34, or whatever. 🎈

Don’t try to tell me other wise. 😤

That wonderful moment when you lose your entire wallet on a walk and can’t do a goddamn thing about replacing any of it because you’re $500 in the negative this month.

I don’t know which I hate more my luck or this timeline.

So I totally just blocked the whole road with my car and put my flashers on so I could help a tiny turtle get across the road..
And just as I was running back to my car, I heard the guy behind me honk, and I thought for sure it was going to be to complain that I was blocking the road, but instead he just put up heart hands and smiled.

My faith in humanity is somewhat restored today. 🫶🏻

Please remember that I can not yet post the full length reels of mine on here yet.
Hopefully some day I’ll be able too, but until then feel free to ask where you can find them, or give suggestions as to where you’d like to see them.
