Tsunami alert integration is live! I also figured out how the LAMBDA function works in @Tines and collapsed some branches with some IF statements so the whole story generates fewer events per pass. The one flow generates the correct hashtags, time zone conversion, and Mastodon credentials for both bots.

#Tines is a fantastic product with a community tier to experiment and publish workflows, which they call Stories. Stories are built from a tiny set of Actions, think code blocks specifically designed for APIs, or a JSON chain letter.

USGS produces data in GeoJSON. I ingest the last hour, explode the array into individual elements, sift out the ones I've already seen, convert the timestamps, and post. Voila. #AlaskaQuake #ShowYourWork
