Gardening improves mental well-being and reduces stress. Time in the garden calms the mind

Another kitchen garden idea!
Along the fence of your kitchen garden, plant passion fruits they grow while spreading along the poles which were planted to give them support in order to grow well . Thank me later 😄

A learner who touches the soil understands life better than one who only reads about it.
What do you say about it

Students feel proud when they see their garden thriving. The results motivate them to work harder. Success becomes visible.
But should every school have a school garden where students engage in agriculture practices
Answer it with a reason and your opinion will be great

Sometimes a farm doesn’t begin in rows and acres… it begins in bags and containers
Right here, right where you are.
I use old bags and containers as nursery beds, watching tiny seeds push through the soil with so much courage. They grow slowly, safely, protected until the day they are strong enough to be transplanted into their permanent home. That moment always feels like sending a child to the next class in life
This small beginning saves space

farming teaches me that life doesn’t have to be complicated spinach reminds me of that every day. Give it good soil, enough light and regular water and then step back and watch nature take over. Just simple care and patience, and it flourishes generously.
As I water and watch the green leaves stretch towards the sun, I’m reminded that growth comes from consistency, not complexity. Spinach doesn’t ask for much, yet it gives so much fresh meals, healthy plates

Food security starts at home. One garden reduces one problem. Multiply that, and communities change to live a better life and safe community
Together we can with our creative minds and innovative hands

Which skills, values, and lessons do you think learners developed through the process of growing vegetables from planting to harvesting?

Happy New Year Gift for My Students!
As school opens, our learners are heading home with a special gift — fresh vegetables from our school garden.
This is education beyond the classroom!
