Tracking apps are incredible tools, I personally use the #macrofactor app to track my meals, and the #lingo #cgm system to see how my body is reacting. These tools help form new habits around food, the fuel for daily life, and to show what they do to your body.

Up until recently I thought my body was good, but it has the beginnings of poor health.

Goals:
Reduce to 15% BF
Monitor blood glucose levels, avoid spikes
Fuel life with foods that support goals

I am on my journey to reverse my fatty liver, high cholesterol, and to reverse insulin resistance.

I was diagnosed with both this past week, thinking my health was great before hand. To say I was shocked to learn how bad my internal health is, is an understatement.
