One of my wiki ‘jobs’ as a long term volunteer, is to clap back a bit, there where employees (who often start as and regularly still are volunteers) are unable to, because it would cost them their jobs.
It’s too easy to treat employees as faceless ppl that go through life as robots without a soul that you can badmouth.
