Easily my favorite screamo record. I also have the clear vinyl version, but I think the blue marble is the better looking of the two. I had all 4 versions of the second pressing at one time. I didn't bother to get any of the subsequent pressings. Still awesome after all these years.

This EP was released in between The Frailty of Words and The Satellite Years. Listening to the recordings in sequence was refreshing because I heard the band's body of work becoming polished. Sadly for fans, they weren't able to stick together.

I got into Poison the Well after hearing The Opposite of December, a style-influencing album for me. This 10" isn't nearly as good, but their original vocalist is on this recording. I bought this primarily for it's value as a collectable. Plus, it's orange/peach colored.

I want to try fresh lychee, longan, rambutan, and mangosteen. I've eaten canned lychee when I was younger, but not had it in over 30 years. I've not had longan, rambutan, or mangosteen in any form. Back when I lived in San Jose, I thought I'd seen fresh rambutan before I even knew what it was. From the images I've seen online, the freshly harvested fruits look neat up close, like otherworldly alien eggs.
