Is it just me or did this article just stop at

AND? WHAT HAPPENED? Did they implement the thing?

If there's more to this article that is paywalled, wouldn't the bottom of the article have the `---- KEEP READING -----` thing (whcih doesn't do anything?) there instead after the hashtag/labels and the author bio?
