I’m nowhere near as good at this game as I was back during lockdown when I played for an hour every day to stay in shape, but at least I can still middle my way through some songs on Expert. I use the random generator to make my #DiabloIV characters. On looking closer at my new seasonal Necromancer character I’ve realized that he looks a lot like Richard Kiel. I’ve decided I should have named him Eegah. #MST3K

When I went to bring my trash bin in from the curb today I flipped the lid closed and a little bit of tree bark blew across it. Or so I thought - until it paused, turned around, and looked up at me. The most adorable little spider! I wish my phone had a macro lens for these circumstances. #SpidersOfMastodon

#DiabloIV - Breaking News is Broken.

Looking at my cat this morning and feeling a great deal of solidarity with people four thousand years ago saying “Silly Bast. You still have food in your offering dish from last time.”

More #DiabloIV progress. Spent time tonight doing dungeons and quests. Picked up my first Unique item today. I’ve conquered 40 of the 115 side dungeons in the game. Given that it takes me about 20 minutes to beat a dungeon this means that with another 25 hours of play time I could complete my codex.

Because it has been so oppressively hot this week I created an Ice Sorceress in #DiabloIV. I just got an amulet that really helps with my ice spell focused build and spent some time customizing her outfit. I’m really pleased with the result and hope that she doesn’t die too soon (since of course I’m playing in Hardcore mode these days.)
