It is demoralizing to see that a failed President now as a convicted criminal is suddenly & against the odds re-elected
There was no fraud, the effect was in all districts, all states, look at blue states like Virginia and NJ. There was no electoral college issue. Our side did not show up to vote
Trump did not win this election
We lost this election
Our side did not bother to vote. 1 in 10 of our voters did not show up
Trump was headed to epic defeat, at 46% of vote. Instead, when 1 in 10 of our voters didn't vote, Harris victory at 52% turned into a loss at 48%
We gave him this victory
I know we are all in shock
What happened? Turnout. Our voters did not turn out
2020 was a huge surge election. Trump matched his 2020 turnout
But our voters did not show up, we lost 1 in 10 voters from 2020 level
Turnout is down maybe 4%. In low turnout elections we lose up and down the ticket
This is absurd. Trump is a convicted felon. He was kicked out of the White House with 7 million votes against him. And now he is getting well over 50% of the national vote?
It is bizarre. I have no words. I cannot explain how this happened. Every sign Trump himself gave, was that he felt he'd lost
