@futuredrstevie thank you. I think it is a accumulation & culmination of my EUPD thought patterns, including not being heard, fear of abandonment. I could say there has been "evidence" but realistically not enough to justify worry/thoughts. It's easy to pretend to be just concerned for the other person, whereas really there's something lacking in me, playing on my mind. That's not to say that I am not concerned for the wellbeing of this person, because I am it's just misplaced in this instance
How can you differentiate between a feeling that something is wrong (between you and someone else) and your mind just creating drama because that's what it does?
I've just heard about Morita Therapy. The overviews I've read seems to resonate but anyone got views on it?

I'm back to reading She and her Cat by Makoto Shinkai and Naruki Nagakawa. Such a beautifully written book. There is something about Japanese cat stories.
I hadn't realised that Makoto Shinkai is the createor of Suzume, which I recently watched and enjoyed. I like those little links.
