#BSidesMelb2024 is over for another year! Thank you to all who participated, helped and made it such a special event. Looking forward to the next one, but in the mean time there are loads of local meetups and other conferences to keep the party going.

Been thinking for a long time on the actual cost of running SaaS applications, both hosting and consuming. The amount of supporting apps to help track identities, access, and all the other security products around a cloud offering really makes you think if it is still worth it... this makes for a decent read: https://dev.37signals.com/our-cloud-spend-in-2022/
My mum dropped her Samsung S7 phone, screen is busted and you cannot see anything. Hoping to recover the data but plugging it directly into a computer doesn't show a drive. Any ideas?
