Zen thought. If you practice Zen sitting, you should end up in a state of mind where you have absolutely no idea about what is going to happen from one moment to the next one. You are completely comfortable with—and indeed enjoy—that condition of total open-endedness and uncertainty, understanding it to be fundamentally real.
