A Career That Soars! is bringing those benefits and the shared experiences of women leaders to thousands around the globe whose companies don't offer internal programs. Our passionate purpose is to enable your career success and that of other women. A Career that Soars! is your personal (but enterprise-worthy) leadership and career development resource built around a global community of like-minded, career-motivated women. It's a supportive, private and distraction-free space (no general research on women, political rants or baby photos please) for emerging and experienced women leaders with the ambition to advance and who work inside an organization. In our safe environment, members candidly share major career lessons, strategic moves, go-to technologies and tools, and valuable life experiences... with refreshing honesty and transparency. An environment where everyone feels like their voice is worthy of being heard, and that there's value in sharing. We strive to replicate the experiences of our live programs where women step forward to ask for help, proudly share successes and insights, form trusting relationships and learn with each other.
