I really need to start using some decent light... Anyways, my first attempt at #Jjigae. Gyoza, noodles, tteokbokki, kimchi, tofu, fried mushrooms, baby oyster mushrooms, green onion. All #vegan. I went light on gochujang for the kids. Best part is that it comes together in 15min.

Daughter (11) made some #vegan "jagodzianki". Sweet buns filled with wild blue berries. Quite good for the first try :)

On today's menu. Pad "throw in anything & everything" Thai. Red cabbage, carrots, peanuts, pepper, tofu, onion. All #vegan

Today's bulgogi. Shredded tofu prepared in air fryer then tossed into gochujang sauce. Some carrot, green onion and red cabbage for fresh vitamin. All #vegan

Kids wanted #nachos Fried beans, scrambled tofu with spices, tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño. The "cheese" is runny potato mash with garlic and inactive yeast flakes. All #vegan

Today's miso ramen. Veggie broth, miso paste, fried tofu slices some fresh veggies. All #vegan
