Great post by the OP, needs more people reading it. This is how they want their gentleman's genocide to go, literally. Make life legally impossible for trans people, and when despair hits hard enough, you get your goal achieved without any messy bullets, or gas, or any other method that looks like you did anything wrong, so you can become Sir Kid Starver CBE, and shake your coiffed hair to show your deep sadness about how your carefully designed policy arrived at this expected result.

Trans folk: existence is resistance. Live!

You’re hosting a birthday party for your son, and the other kids are upset because he’s taken the entire cake and shut himself in his room, refusing to share it. Some kids are quietly collecting up the crumbs while others look like they’re about to riot.

You could demand he comes out of his room and shares the cake, but you have a different idea: ignore the chaos around you and try to bake another cake. You wouldn’t give the second cake to the other kids though: it’s your son’s birthday, so it should still be his cake. You’re sure that once he has two cakes he’d share some with the other kids.

You are a politician rejecting directly redistributive policies in the vain hope that encouraging economic growth alone might reduce inequality.

Wrist pain making me try to re-learn the proper touch-typing way to use the shift key. (ie: always the one opposite to the letter being typed.) for so long i let myself just twist to always use the left shift and now that hurts.

(bad typing habits not the cause of this one, just affected by it.)
