The deadbird site is now a disinformation machine. It has been reconfigured to get "creators" to push vile -- but clickbait on steroids -- lies that satisfy, enrage, and otherwise push people's emotional buttons.

Some "creators" get paid now, and have a huge incentive to make their disinformation even more clickbait-driven. Hamsters on a wheel that spits out money.

If journalists had an ounce of pride they'd leave.
