We cannot continue tolerating the current climate. We have to campaign, we have to vote...and then we HAVE to return to bipartisanship and civility. Being in the majority should not mean we dismiss the interests of others. That dismissiveness is how the extremists created division in the first place.

We need to heal.

Today I'm in one of those moods that would be eased by driving to Annapolis and throwing a giant barrier around the mindless dipshits that want to ignore the virus' catastrophic effect in confined areas - like an aircraft carrier or Smithfield plant - so they can see what happens if just one of them is infected.

North Carolina, Michigan, Ohio and other battleground states are being pressured to ease their quarantine restrictions against every evidence that doing so prematurely is disastrous and will cost lives.

Call your governors and let them know lives matter more than corporate and fat cat bank accounts. Then call your Senators and Congressional rep to ask them to make the federal government accountable for dissemination of accurate information and fair distribution of supplies.

Trump is the most infuriatingly horrible individual. Oh, sure, others have been worse - Hitler, Pol Pot, Stalin - but Trump is our monster. We've never had a stain like him on the country's honor, and we have to get rid of him in November at the latest.

FOX News and the GOP are enabling a monster to draw support from angry, hate-filled Americans to keep the GOP in power.
