Dems & Reps both used the neoliberatist "Poverty as a Policy Choice" for the last 40 years. Dems didn't even give their base enough hope for a "living wage" so they stayed home. 70% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. They pay rent & skip meals so their kids can eat. This is 100% on Dems & Reps.
