Ok, elephant in the room… I accidentally misspoke last episode. The episode was set in the end of 1071, and as such Earl Waltheof was NOT the only English Earl in England. Earl Gospatric of Northumbria was actually still around, which is surprising since he was a potential claimant to the throne and a former rebel… and William didn’t tend to like those.

Blue#books Project Hail Mary is the first book in a long while that has pulled me in for a reread within 10 or so books. I know it's so similar to The Martian, and the main character is samey... but it's such a fun read to me nonetheless.
