Back at it this morning with lighter weight & slower movement. Feeling it. Not sure how to do reverse delt fly "slow" but hey...tried my best! Stairs are going to be a challenge after the calf raises! #fitat45 #fitfam #progressnotperfection #betterthaniwasyesterday
14km spin this morning. Felt good!

Changed things up a little. Lowered weight with eccentric motion. Also, I swapped out assisted chin-ups with negative pull-ups.

Got some spin on this morning.
Increased reps in almost everything except floor presses. That one I lowered rep count BUT went slow on the down portion. Feeling that pump! #betterthanyesterday #fitat45 #fitfam #progressnotperfection
Got through it! Superset at the end was a struggle though.

Thought I would jump on the hevy train and see what it's like. Neat.

Anywho....that was a rough one. I was very much struggling by the time I got to the curls/extensions superset. But it was good.

Am I crazy? The last two days I've revisited P90X3. I feel like abusing my body in a different way. It's familiar but bringing out the aches and pains in areas I haven't felt in awhile. We'll see how it goes.
