I'm mostly here to lurk in trans and non-binary posts as well as the occasional Linux related thingy.

I'm non-binary and I'd describe myself as progressive.

@fedora @kde @gnome hooray! I've been so eagerly awaiting f40s release so that I can start over on my aging fedora install. Guess I'll be spending today reinstalling my favourite operating system!

OK, the big experiment has begun. A ham radio group has funded the scanning of 4,000 manuals from the Great Manuals Plus Haul. Now, the experiment is - will people kick on a special link in the blog entry to help fund the other 20 PALLETS of manuals?

in Norway, "up and not crying" is a not uncommon response to "how's it going" type questions, and I feel like that's a very reasonable standard to hold oneself to nowadays
@jcrabapple @gnomelibre I also gamed on nobara gnome for about 6 months and thought it was fine, but switching to the KDE version was eye opening to how much I was missing

@gnomelibre @jcrabapple it makes sense imo. Nobara is gaming oriented and KDE just has features important for gaming that gnome doesn't without patches. VRR, global hotkeys for apps running under xwayland, VR, soon to have HDR and Colour profiles.

As much as I love GNOME, it's just not the best DE for gaming.
