My mrs just spent all day at her 3rd or 4th interview (for the one company) and this whole multi-interview system office people have to do is insane. (She's a programer.)
My working-joe self just walks in somewhere, asks if the job pays over min, convinces them I can & will show up, and I'm in.
She's been dancing with these folks for a month and we still don't know what she would earn if they decide to hire her. (I mean, at this point, anything that isn't insulting works for us, but still.)
