Europe now has a Marathon running series: European Marathon Classics 🥳
And my first marathon in #Frankfurt last year even counts :)

Will try to complete a few more and earn my medal 💪

My private Nextcloud is Hetzner Storage Share. Works like a charm and I replaced lots of Google and other non-FOSS services with it (Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Photos, Tasks, Notes, Password manager, Recipes). Still some left, but these were the most important ones and every step counts.

If you want Collabora Office, I'd go for IONOS.

Both Hetzner and IONOS can be cancelled monthly IIRC.

@myfear @javahippie looks like what I've been wanting to build for a long time. Even similar tech stack (Java + Postgres). Guess it'll be hard to contribute as long as there's no existing code, right? But I'll keep an eye out for my chance to join #OpenPace :)

You guys don't happen to be at #FOSDEM to discuss about this project? Note: I'm not sure yet, if I can make it to FOSDEM this year.

@skyslasher reg mich normalerweise tierisch über so Leute auf. Aber da beim IKEA in Walldorf (sieht vom Bild her so aus) die Ladesäulen seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr funktionieren, seh ich in diesem Fall ehrlich gesagt kein Problem. An beiden Ladesäulen ist auch ein entsprechendes Schild.

@kuketzblog wenn das TOTP als zweiter Faktor dienen soll, wie sinnvoll ist es dann, dieses im gleichen Store wie die Passwörter zu speichern? KeePass mag eine technisch gute Lösung sein, aber man müsste wenigstens unterschiedliche Stores einrichten mit unterschiedlichen Master Passwörtern. Ich bin aus dem Grund bei Aegis und sehr zufrieden mit meinem Setup.

2025 didn't start well for the sports tech I use:
- #Komoot acquired by Bending Spoons
- #Garmin introducing subscriptions
- #Runna acquired by Strava literally ONE DAY after I purchased an annual subscription 🤦‍♂️

Really annoyed by most tech companies right now: locking users into ecosystems, replacing one-time purchases with endless subscriptions, and slapping AI on everything without adding real value.
