If you want to make art but don't have any ideas, start writing/drawing anyway.

It might not come out good but if you sincerely try to make something you might like, you'll learn something about your own tastes, and you can take that into the next attempt, and so on and so on.

Tackle the blank page and you'll learn your interests.
