But it is fine to wear. For my taste a bit too high in the waist. But that is an easy change.
I already changed the pattern, so the next attempt will be soon.

Yesterday i had some time to draft a pattern (per hand😮 rare indeed).
I never made or tried to make my underwear myself, but it always interested me.
I also hardly ever sew with knitted fabric, i always prefer woven fabric (maybe sometimes with a bit of stretch).
So this will be an experiment.
My first try will be a simple slip. I think the front looks good, but i struggled a bit with the lower curve of the back...we will see.
Look at that ridiculous sleeve!
It is massive and it took long to knit...can't wait that this project is finished.
One sleeve, the right front piece and the collar pieces still need to be knitted, so this will still take a while.

Working on a wearable mock-up for my jacket. I had to adjust the shoulders a bit like always. But everything else is good.
I drafted the pattern myself. Future pattern trsting is coming, but i don't know when.

Finished one of my W.I.Ps. There wasn't a lot left to do.
The pattern is Pebble Tank by Purl Soho - free on Ravelry.
The back piece looks a bit weird, but the dolman sleeves will be huge. And looking at the left front buttonband-edge (?), i will probably need to sew something inside to make it lay flat, like a grosgrain ribbon or something.
In a few rows i will start the cables, i hope it will be a bit more exiting than just stockinette.

Made a new bag the last few days, this time out of scraps.

The last few days, instead of knitting, i was sewing again. I did a little experimenting and this bag is the result..
For the first try it is not bad, but the next version will be better. Fabric and notions are all from my stash.
I need to remember that the better way to sew a lining into the bag, is to leave a little gap in one of the seams of the lining. Now it is joined at the top with topstitching, which works, but doesn't look the nicest.
