Yo there @GrapheneOS, something has to be done about this social presence.

I like #GrapheneOS and want to follow along, but the daily wall of text with dozens of messages rehashing the same points re /e/ and friends is getting old. I'm sure I'm not alone. We get it. We know.

You need to do something for the people that already care. Put them first. Maybe split the debunking campaign out to a secondary profile or something like that, but stop burning the goodwill of people that already get it.

Anyway, the two year old Mastodon experience is about at an end for me. I have been thinking I've been spending too much time and word energy in social media anyway (here and blue sky only). So I'll shortly be out, as of Jan 2. Will send my email address to a few people by private mention. Seen some wonderful things here!

12 killed in latest Israeli strikes on Gaza

Palestinian hospital officials say Israeli airstrikes hit a home and a police vehicle in central Gaza and killed at least 12 Palestinians, including two boys, a woman pregnant with twins and eight police officers. The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital reported the first strike hit a house in the Nuseirat refugee camp killed a couple and their 10-year-old son, as well as a 15-year-old neighbor whose body went to Awda hospital in Nuseirat. The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital also reported a separate strike hit a police vehicle in central Gaza and killed eight police officers. There was no immediate comment from the Israeli military. There has officially been a ceasefire since October but Israeli fire is still frequent, Gaza officials say.
