Either I'm being stalked by the stench of marijuana or this breeze is causing the smell of marijuana to circulate to more areas today. I've smelled it in my apartment complex elevators, outside along the cruise port, and in the Aldi parking lot. Neither my car nor apartment unit smell like it. So it isn't me! And no I am not new here. What a day! 🤧🤧🤧

Whether it's the olympics, overall happiness, environmental initiatives, or arrests relating to the Epstein files, the U.S. has looked incredibly weak compared to Norway for quite some time, but especially under the current Trump regime. Now the latest is the possibility of the U.S. or Russia invading Norway's Svalbard. I can't wait til the day when the U.S. is no longer in the Norwegian news cycle every other day.

Just got back from a three-mile ruck. Right after I got back, I realized one of my weights was missing from my bedroom...turns out it was in my backpack the whole time, and what I thought was a three-mile, forty-pound ruck was actually my first-ever fifty-pound ruck! I wasn't trying to set personal records today because this was my first ruck in several weeks. I was just trying to get my groove back and accidentally set a PR in the process 🤷🏼‍♂️😂
