I want to get an octave pedal so that I can maybe do band with no bass player and have it sound like there's still bass. Any recommendations? Was thinking a boss OC-5? Opinions?
@SaraElbourne go piss girl !!!
Another highlight was pissing in the urinal at Grind'Her lol
I'm also obsessed with the idea of making a "Sexy youth crew" outfit for next time. Nike's, champion socks, tiny gym shorts, super cropped youth of today shirt, puka shell necklace and of course X'd up hands.
Aaahhj hahahaha I wrestled two girls in the middle of Grind'Her hahahaAHAHA goal achieved. I was so scared but the event ended up being so fun! I am however looking for worthy opponents. I beat them all too easily😏 looking for someone to kick my ass next time!
What do people think about the ethics of me having a lil zine set up at shows? I think it would be cool to distribute lil flash books for other tattooers as well
I think I'm going to finally free myself from Instagram. It's very intimidating as a tattooer and illustrator but I think having a website would honestly be just as effective as having an Instagram. Scheming about making flash zines to leave at popular establishments. Making business cards. Email newsletter. I don't actually have a wider reach than what I would have word of mouth anyway. I honestly don't think "blowing up on Instagram" is going to happen for me. I've been bamboozled!
Idk if anyone follows Sadie formerly of G.L.O.S.S. on instagram but I wish all the lyrics could be retroactively changed to be more like that presence. Amazing quotes like "90% of trans women are the most annoying person you will ever meet but I would literally die for any of you" or "Big LGBT wants to keep the girls bricked up". That band was really important but goddamn those lyrics come off so pandering and insincere now. It was a product of the time. Like she's actually kind of a bitch and not some perfect queer spokes person and I love that. I wish the lyrics and music reflected that more. G.L.O.S.S. 2.0 but it's mean girl energy .
I cry every time I watch this clip. The look in her eyes at the end🥺
I don't know when and how I will ever realize this plan but I have this idea for a performance where every Trans-fem guitar player in Montreal who's willing will get on stage for a 20 minute all-stars blues jam. It will have some kind of silly snappy name like "chicks with licks" or something
