The sealant by my shower needs to dry so I can't have a shower tonight. It's such a routine of mine to have a shower in the evening, get into my pyjamas and hug Snoopy. I will have to wait till morning.

Contractor hasn't turned up yet. I would have thought he'd be here by now perhaps his been delayed. I've had my lunch. Took a promethazine which I've been really good with. Plus been hugging Snoopy.

Church was alright. I put the table and chairs out with help for tomorrows meeting. Then I played with the Dog.Then we had an expert in nature who we went with analysing/cataloging all the nature in the church grounds. Home now for the Landlords maintenance man to seal my shower.

Early for Church again so sitting in the grounds for now.

I'm just so overwhelmed with living. I can't handle life's pressures anymore. I feel like a hostage.

I've been feeling anxious this late afternoon. I have just done the evening prayer from the Church of England Daily Prayer App which seems to have eased it. I think the singing of the choir from the Bible is a blessing.

I got my blood results in the NHS App today and text from GP that there are no concerns. My lithium levels seem fine. It was just routine. Psychiatrist always asks for them when I see them.

Well probation officer just cancelled my appointment as not well so that's that. Apparently will contact me when well to organise another home visit.

I've been for a walk already this morning. I saw 5 dogs. I was feeling irritated by that text but think the walk helped. The important thing is I'm available. Will see how the appointment goes. I was just thinking how much drive I had to try new things when off these medications.

Well I heard from my care coordinator (mental health nurse) today. A no reply text from a short code telling me I have an appointment with her Wednesday morning. Not the most courteous way of doing things but I am available then. I will attend.
