  • With the closed policy (3), we see a new dialog for unknown apps:
    • it is shown for a POC app
    • it isn't shown for F-Droid, or any other app I've tested from F-Droid

    It suggests to scan the app or offers a hidden option to install the app without scanning it

    • I've ported UnifiedPush to Firefox, so it can receive background notifications using the service you want, specially useful for PWA (installable web application)
    • ntfy provides a PWA
    • So I can receive ntfy notifications with their PWA through any push service, for instance using Sunup :D
