Here's the thing about tracking every little facet of your health with a device.

It may make you more informed, but it rarely makes you feel "better."

It's a constant reminder you didn't meet some metric, and an occasional reminder you did.

It often makes you feel like you're not doing enough, or you are not quite enough in your current form.

If you wake up feeling refreshed, but your watch tells you you slept poorly, suddenly you question how well you feel.

I realized there are positives, I'm just fully realizing the negatives at this point, having had worn them for a long duration.
