(the meat ship did have a bit of a krynoid thing going for it tho so that was fun)

But, griping about the effects aside, that was a great teens vs alien murdercreatures film in an underused (and remarkably beautiful) setting. I enjoyed it loads and laughed the cat off me at one point.

The kids were plausible and their awkward wise cracking far more realistic than Whedon-esque. All bluster and cringe, well played by every one of them.
