Finished reading "Intuitive Eating" by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch today. If you've ever suffered with an ED, any sort of disordered eating or been stuck in diet culture you need to read this book. Please please read the book.
I wish I'd read it years ago, and it makes me sad thinking about how much life I've wasted obsessing.
I want my mind back.
