Die Bürgerstiftung Wiesloch unterstützt die Initiative des Digitalen Unabhängigkeitstags. Jeden ersten Sonntag im Monat bieten wir einen offenen Raum für Austausch, Vernetzung und digitale Selbstbestimmung.

Ehrenamtliche Expertinnen und Experten unterstützen beim Wechsel zu möglichen digitalen Alternativen. Es muss ja nicht gleich ein neues Betriebssystem sein. Ein datenschutzfreundlicher Browser oder Suchmaschine sind gute, erste Schritte.

This event is an overview of fact and fiction around the end of support for Windows 10, as well as a gentle introduction to Linux. This program is intended for people who may not have considered Linux for their computers before, and may not be familiar with the concept, complete with an example computer for show-and-tell. Or a computer/Linux "petting zoo," if you prefer.
