I have placed a bet* on 24 minutes delay arrival in Düsseldorf, but the current prognosis says 33 minutes.
*Today's travel is in a larger group. Some others collected bets when we were waiting in Utrecht, betting for the arrival delay in Düsseldorf (transfer location) and München (our destination).

Der TGV-M hat von der europäischen Eisenbahnagentur ERA seine Zulassung bekommen. Damit ist ein wichtiger Schritt für den Einsatz im Fahrgastbetrieb geschaffen worden. Perspektivisch wird der von Alstom gefertigte Zug auch für London wichtig.
All in all, the hierarchy of transport modes in NL seems to be: bicycles > cars > public transport* > pedestrians. Other example: pedestrians need to press the beg button to get a green light.
So it seems that the development of cycling infrastructure wasn't done at the expense of car infrastructure. Curious what @notjustbikes thinks!
*You may argue between cars & public transport (e.g. Utrecht has dedicated bus lanes). But density of highways seems higher than density of railways.
